Next week's episodes of Emmerdale will see Tom King face more unsettling scenes as his estranged wife Belle returns from Scotland.

As regular viewers of the ITV soap will know, Belle King recently left the village with Charity Dingle to visit Zak Dingle in Scotland.

This decision came after Tom had been attempting to manipulate his abused wife into staying alone at their cottage following their separation, so he could keep an eye on her through the various security cameras he had installed.

Charity later visited Dale Head and found Belle removing more of the security cameras inside the house. Sensing Belle's low spirits, she suggested a trip to Scotland to visit Debbie and take a break from Tom.

However, next week sees Belle back in the village, and a relentless Tom wastes no time in trying to win her back.

She is greeted by Sarah Sugden, who presents Tom's gift - a retro mini car. Tom presumptuously lets himself in, causing stress for Belle when he reveals his intentions to discuss their marital reconciliation, reports the Manchester Evening News.

But Belle firmly stands her ground, insisting she won't accept the car and has no desire to reunite with him.

It isn't long before Tom reverts to his sinister ways and tries to guilt-trip her. But displaying her courage, Belle confronts Tom, asserting she doesn't want to see or speak to him for a considerable period.

Belle is taken aback when Tom agrees and departs.

However, as the plot unfolds, Tom's sinister scheme is exposed when he is seen spying on Belle through hidden security cameras... what could his intentions be?
